The Frenchmen and the gambling industry have a strong bond for more than three full centuries but lately this bond is at risk, mostly from a new lawsuit being debated in the high court of justice in Paris. In this pioneering lawsuit a French gambler has decided to take legal actions against his local casino, in which he claims that his gambling addiction is the fault of that casino's actions. While most gamblers would think that France's casinos are similar to Las Vegas' casinos or East Europe's casinos they are mistaking.
It all began in 1988 when slots became legal, soon after thousands of slot machines were purchased by French casinos, and today 90% of all casinos' revenues came from slots activities. The slots are responsible for most of pathological gambling cases, mainly due to the "easy" and "cheap" characters of the slots. The new lawsuit would determine once and for good who's responsible for gambling problems – the state, the slots, the gambler or the casino itself.
A certain player can administer one's own study on winning on virtual casinos through observation. Experimentation and learning will be easier in distinguishing what moves to take when one observes the moves and attitudes of others.
